The E-book Trilogy includes the two previous books written by Chris: The Rise of FOREST GREEN ROVERS to Wembley 2016, We Did it Our Way FOREST GREEN ROVERS Triumph at Wembley: How a Cotswold Hamlet Club Broke Into The English Football League 2017.
They’ve done it again! Tells the story of FGR’s historic season starting June 2021 ending May 2022. It is based around a monthly diary plus stories and features from FGR Supporters who have also contributed to the 130 colour photos that enhance the narrative. The picture revealed is the whole Club, them men’s squad, FGR Community, the Academy and the fast improving FGR Women’s team.
The book is not for profit. ALL PROFITS FROM SALES WILL TO THE FGR WOMEN’S TEAM TO AID ITS DEVELOPMENT. To maximise revenue, Chris and his team have given their time free and have self-published the volume. The only deduction from revenues passed to FGR Women’s FC will be the print cost of the paperback copies.
