The Irishman signed his first professional deal when joining Sligo Rovers.He established himself as their number one before Wrexham signed him on a loan in August 2023 with an option to buy in January, which they triggered.

At the start of last season Luke signed on loan at Rochdale before returning to Wrexham in February due to injury.

Arriving from Macclesfield, Neil is a versatile left-sided player who was another regular in the Silkmen’s team over the past two years.

Making 44 appearances and scoring three goals in the last campaign earned him a place in 2024/25 Premier Division Team of the Season.

Inniss has played at the highest level having joined C Palace as a 14-year-old but didn’t make his first team debut until August 2018 in an EFL Cup match and remained on Palace’s books until 2020 when he joined Charlton on a free transfer.

Inniss made 41 appearances for Charlton in season 22/23 across all competitions, featuring in both League One fixtures against Forest Green. He also occasionally wore the captain’s armband during his three years in South East London.

Ryan has represented England at U16 and U17 levels, scoring the winning goal in England U16’s 2–1 Victory Shield win over Scotland in 2011. He is also eligible to represent Trinidad & Tobago at international level, through his Trinidadian-born father.

During his two seasons with Macclesfield, the 26-year-old was a consistent performer for the Silkmen finding the back of the net seven times. His speed and athleticism are two stand-out qualities of his exciting all-round game.

Jordan came through the academy at Exeter and played for the Grecians between 2012 and 2018 before following his former manager, Paul Tisdall, to MK Dons. Injury blighted the latter part of his 2019/20 season and he was one of nine players released by the Dons in 2020, which is when he made the move to Rovers.

Abraham signed for FGR on loan from Reading and has made 10 League 1 appearances for his parent club.

Joining Rovers from Macclesfield this Summer, the 28-year-old is a commanding presence in the centre of the park.

Having featured in every league game for the Silkmen in their 2024/25 campaign, Mendy was also named in the Premier Division Team of the Season. The midfielder’s physicality and work-rate are two impressive attributes he possesses.

Kyle has been a consistently high performer for Rovers. He’s a constant threat going forward and is our regular penalty taker.

Kyle has represented Scotland at U17 and U21 levels.

Nick Haughton joined FGR from AFC Fylde having spent eight years with the north-west club.

He enjoyed an excellent 24/25 campaign at the Coasters – scoring 19 league goals and made a number of assists missing just one match all season.

His performances and numbers caught the eye across the division as he was named in the National League Team of the Season.

The 30-year-old has spent seven years at Fylde – making 273 appearances in all competitions.

Knowles arrived from Walsall where he made 92 appearances for the club while recording 7 goals and 10 assists.

The midfielder’s best season came back in 2021/22 while at Yeovil Town where he found the net 10 times.

Starting his journey in Tottenham’s Academy, Clarke made his mark when winning the National League South Player of the Month in December while at Dulwich Hamlet. He was signed by League Two Gillingham the following month.

Last season, he became a key part of The Gills side, making 33 appearances and proving to be a goal threat from midfield with last season’s seven making Clarke their league top scorer.

Previously at FGR (2016–19) Christian joined Hibernian in the summer of 2019 from Forest Green, where he went on to make 148 appearances, in which he scored 41 times for the Scottish side.

In his previous time at FGR he became the club’s all-time record scorer with 66 goals in 122 appearances.

He scored in the play-off final at Wembley against Tranmere, scored FGR’s first ever EFL goal, and a memorable strike away at Cheltenham Town which helped keep the club in League Two in FGR’s first ever EFL season.

The Welsh striker joins Rovers following a prolific campaign so far this season, scoring 25 goals in 23 league appearances during his time with Merthyr Town in the National League North.

Rees scored 38 goals in the 2023/24 season with the Welsh side, followed by another impressive 33 goals in the 2024/45 season.

Started his career in Leicester’s Academy before gaining a wealth of experience in the National League. Mitchell made the National League playoffs in 2021, 2022 and 2025 with Chesterfield, Notts County and Rochdale.

A confident forward who has international caps for Grenada, where he has scored three times, he joins Rovers after impressing with back to back double digit goal tallies for Rochdale.

A towering presence in the forward line, he reached double figures for goals last season as he netted 11 times in all competitions.
Temi’s first season form saw him win the Young Player of the Season for the Sussex side in the 24-25 season.

A product of Burnley’s Academy, Etaluku’s speed and quality caused a number of problems for opposition sides in their promotion-winning 2024-25 season.
He was also named 2024/25 Northern Premier League Premier Division – Young Player of the Year.

The 28-year-old joins FGR following an injury to Rovers’ number one, Luke McNicholas.
Isted signed for Burton Albion from Charlton Athletic in 2024, where he made a handful of appearances for the Brewers. It was at Charlton and Barnsley, however, where the shot-stopper enjoyed the bulk of his appearances.

Fiachra Pagel made his first team debut for Drogheda against Harps in November 2022. He previously played for their U19 team.

Pags has played for FGR in the National League Cup and is on the bench for all first team games supporting Luke McNicholas.

Max Robson joins FGR on a free transfer following his release from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2025.

The 22-year-old spent 15 years at Spurs rising through the Academy ranks before leaving the club this summer.

Versatile Robson can play in a number of positions including across midfield and at right-back.

He made just shy of 100 appearances across the U21s and U18s age groups but featured many more times throughout his academy journey through the age groups.

Bunks is one of our own, coming through the FGR Academy system having joined the club at the age of 16 and signing his first professional contract with Rovers in 2020.

The 2022/23 campaign was a breakthrough season for Harvey Bunker. The versatile youngster played 20 games and was named as FGR Young Player of the Season.

Harvey was even given the captain’s armband when Rovers played Wycombe Wanderers: a proud moment for everybody associated with the FGR Academy.

The dynamic midfielder has risen through the Fulham youth system and has been representing the U21 side with 16 appearances this season. Chibby is left footed and can play as a 6 or an 8.

During his time at Penybont, Kircough made 86 appearances, scoring ten goals and registering 12 assists from the back line. He was named in the Welsh Premier League 2024/25 Team of the Season.

Elijah has made five senior appearances for the Robins since coming through the academy ranks. This season, he has made one appearance in the EFL Cup, while also featuring five times for City’s Under-21s in the Premier League Cup.

Having played out an impressive 2024/25 campaign with Eastbourne Borough in the National League South, Bamba became Rovers’ first signing of the summer ahead of the 2025/26 season.

The 26-year-old is a lightning-quick forward who can play anywhere across the front-line.

Jay began his career in the academy at West Ham United, where he made 26 appearances for the Hammers’ Under-18s before moving to Charlton Athletic in July 2021. The right-sided player spent a short period with the Addicks before making the switch to Portsmouth in September 2021.

He was subsequently snapped up by Sky Bet League One side Stockport County, making 15 appearances in all competitions during the 2024/25 season for the Hatters. Mingi joined Crewe Alexandra for the early part of the current campaign, making 9 appearances before heading to GL6 to complete the season on loan with Rovers.

Jose Marquez recently signed his first professional contract with Forest Green Rovers having progressed through our Academy system.

The young forward has caught the eye in three National League Cup appearances and whilst on loan at Hungerford Town, finding the net on a regular basis.

The 19-year-old is in double figures for goals in 2025 combining his football between Rovers and the Southern League Premier South side.

Long joined Forest Green from Cheltenham Town bringing along a wealth of experience. The defender boasts over 300 appearances from the National League to League One with an impressive 25 assists to his name.

Liam Sercombe joined Forest Green at the start of the 2024-25 season from Cheltenham Town where he made 185 appearances.

His wonder strike against Boston United was one of the most memorable moments of the 2024-25 season – lofting an effort over the goalkeeper from the halfway line.

Harries signed for Forest Green in January 2025 on a permanent deal from National League side, Woking.

The central defender joined Woking at the start of the National League 2024/25 season following his release from Aldershot Town, making 29 appearances in all competitions.

The Swansea City and Wales youth product is another player familiar with the southwest having had a loan spell with Cheltenham Town before donning the shirt for Bristol Rovers and Swindon Town.

Harries also has experience abroad having played in the Netherlands for Eredivisie side, Fortuna Sittard where he made 9 appearances, scoring once, at the beginning of the 2019/20 season.

Merrett is currently on loan at Alvechurch FC. Will moved up to train with the first team from the Rovers Academy and has featured in the National League Cup in the 2025-26 season.
