The Irishman signed his first professional deal when joining Sligo Rovers.He established himself as their number one before Wrexham signed him on a loan in August 2023 with an option to buy in January, which they triggered.

At the start of last season Luke signed on loan at Rochdale before returning to Wrexham in February due to injury.

Luke was one of Robbie Savage’s first signings in July 2025

Joining Rovers from Macclesfield this Summer, the 28-year-old is a commanding presence in the centre of the park.

Having featured in every league game for the Silkmen in their 2024/25 campaign, Mendy was also named in the Premier Division Team of the Season. The midfielder’s physicality and work-rate are two impressive attributes he possesses.

Nick Haughton joined FGR from AFC Fylde having spent eight years with the north-west club.

He enjoyed an excellent 24/25 campaign at the Coasters – scoring 19 league goals and made a number of assists missing just one match all season.

His performances and numbers caught the eye across the division as he was named in the National League Team of the Season.

The 30-year-old has spent seven years at Fylde – making 273 appearances in all competitions.

Jayden Clarke

Starting his journey in Tottenham’s Academy, Clarke made his mark when winning the National League South Player of the Month in December while at Dulwich Hamlet. He was signed by League Two Gillingham the following month.

Last season, he became a key part of The Gills side, making 33 appearances and proving to be a goal threat from midfield with last season’s seven making Clarke their league top scorer.

The Welsh striker joins Rovers following a prolific campaign so far this season, scoring 25 goals in 23 league appearances during his time with Merthyr Town in the National League North.

Rees scored 38 goals in the 2023/24 season with the Welsh side, followed by another impressive 33 goals in the 2024/45 season.

Started his career in Leicester’s Academy before gaining a wealth of experience in the National League. Mitchell made the National League playoffs in 2021, 2022 and 2025 with Chesterfield, Notts County and Rochdale.

A confident forward who has international caps for Grenada, where he has scored three times, he joins Rovers after impressing with back to back double digit goal tallies for Rochdale.

A product of Burnley’s Academy, Etaluku’s speed and quality caused a number of problems for opposition sides in Maccelsfield’s promotion-winning 2024-25 season.

The 25-year-old forward joins from Macclesfield Town after making 32 National League North appearances and scoring 11 goals during the current campaign.

Mellor came through Manchester United’s academy, representing the club at U18, U19 and U21 levels. He scored seven goals in 13 appearances for the U21S in Premier League 2, making his senior debut for the Red Devils during the 2019/20 season, coming on as a substitute in the Europa League against FC Astana.

Tate began his career in Birmingham City’s academy, featuring for both the U18S and U23S before securing his first loan move to Bromley during the 2021/22 season, where he made six appearances. Campbell returned to Birmingham the following season and featured for the Blues in the Championship, including a 2–1 defeat to Norwich City in August 2022.

Campbell then joined Hereford for the 2024/25 campaign, where he began to make a name for himself in senior football. The midfielder made 40 appearances that season, scoring six goals and providing three assists.

Max Robson joins FGR on a free transfer following his release from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2025.

The 22-year-old spent 15 years at Spurs rising through the Academy ranks before leaving the club this summer.

Versatile Robson can play in a number of positions including across midfield and at right-back.

He made just shy of 100 appearances across the U21s and U18s age groups but featured many more times throughout his academy journey through the age groups.

Jose Marquez recently signed his first professional contract with Forest Green Rovers having progressed through our Academy system.

The young forward has caught the eye in three National League Cup appearances and whilst on loan at Hungerford Town, finding the net on a regular basis.

The 19-year-old is in double figures for goals in 2025 combining his football between Rovers and the Southern League Premier South side.

Harries signed for Forest Green in January 2025 on a permanent deal from National League side, Woking.

The central defender joined Woking at the start of the National League 2024/25 season following his release from Aldershot Town, making 29 appearances in all competitions.

The Swansea City and Wales youth product is another player familiar with the southwest having had a loan spell with Cheltenham Town before donning the shirt for Bristol Rovers and Swindon Town.

Harries also has experience abroad having played in the Netherlands for Eredivisie side, Fortuna Sittard where he made 9 appearances, scoring once, at the beginning of the 2019/20 season.
