What Is a Football Programme – to have and to hold ?
Since the English Football League decided it was no longer a requirement for football clubs to provide a programme, a number including FGR stopped provision as a cost saving. Even the Premier League programmes are now mostly on-line. Historically FGR’s programme was produced by volunteers. The task was then contracted out to a company and the last FGR programmes were produced in-house. One-off programmes were produced for the Gloucestershire Senior Challenge Cup final last season and the National League Play off semi-final against Southend the season before.
