With FGRs fixture at Swindon rearranged due to Swindon having international call ups, Rovers have completed their fixtures for March.

A strong come back away at promotion contenders Newport was followed by another point on the road to Salford.

The new manager bounce benefited Bradford as Mark Hughes’ side won 2-0 at the New Lawn.

FGR took the lead against Leyton Orient but the visitors equalised with their only shot on target to deny a Forest Green win.

FGR then travelled to Colchester on Monday night for a game in front of the Sky TV cameras. The match was also a fund raised for Ukraine and saw a bumper attendance of over 6,000 fans. Rovers came out 1-0 victors to extend their lead at the top of League Two to 8 points.
